Story Summary
Xia Yu Bing is a trivial, somewhat obnoxious and evil character from a universe set in ancient China that comic book writers dreamed of. She dies early in the Story after being poisoned by her husband Xu Zi Yan. But after her death, her writers confront her in her sort of afterlife in her comic book afterlife and say that there will be a chance she will be respawned. She also learns that if she uses her own cards correctly, she can become the female lead and good character of her story.
She returns to life, but she finds it difficult to be a good person. Xu Zi Yan is still determined to get rid of her and do ghastly experiments on her body. And best of all, many other characters of her story are now for her. This includes female characters who also want to be the main heroine. Many other minority characters also block her way or plan her downfall. However, an unexpected bond begins to form between the two as she spends more time with her Xu Zi Yan and tries to evade his plans to destroy her. Will Cupid become her ally in Xia Yu Bing's quest to become the ultimate female lead?
The new bride, Xia Yubing, died on the night of the wedding and the last thing she saw was poison in the hands of her husband Xu Ziyan.
